Built by a business owner who gets it.

I'm Sheila. I failed JavaScript in high school. I'm a scientist, a business owner, American of Indian descent, and a first-generation daughter. I have a liberal arts and public health background. And AI changed the entire course of my businesses.

I was quoted a price by a dev shop for an amount of money I've never seen in my life ($800K!). It would have completely shattered my dreams of improving mental healthcare access before the product was ready for market. So I dove into AI - not because I'm technical, but because I had no other choice. I built HIPAA-compliant software for 1% of the quoted price. Four websites, an enterprise SaaS, deep research systems, agentic workflows, and two knowledge bases - all using AI.

In January 2025 I didn't know any of this either. In 8 short months I mastered the foundations. I did not do it alone. I had access to a brilliant technical team, and I asked them every stupid foundational question I had. That is when it clicked: the foundations are what people need. Not tricks. The foundations give you the confidence and the gumption to move on your AI career plan without the limiting beliefs. My liberal arts and public health background is a superpower. My ability to context switch and code switch - as a scientist, business owner, American, Indian descent, first-gen daughter - these experiences are my fuel. And they're yours too.

Using and understanding AI to scale a business has not only changed my perspective of what hiring will look like in my own company, but also my own capabilities to learn new foundational skills with AI to progress my career and business's mission. As a CEO responsible to clients, customers and investors, my goal is to share my applied AI skills with non-technical people (aka not software engineers) who want to excel and future-proof their careers.
